Regarding Testing
The week of April 12th-16th will be our testing week. We have worked hard to create a schedule to minimize the loss of learning time due to testing.
This year, our state testing has been shortened due to a waiver granted by the Federal Government. All students in grades K-11 will be taking the NWEA assessment. This assessment will give us an indication of the growth that has been made for this school year and in subsequent years.
In addition, State Testing will apply to the following grades:
Grades 3, 5, 7 Will only need to take the Language Arts CMAS state testing and not the Math (If you would like your student to take the math assessment as well, please contact the school and we will supply the additional testing)
Grades 4, 6 will only need to take the Math CMAS state testing and not the Language Arts (If you would like your student to take the Language Arts assessment as well, please contact the school and we will supply the additional testing)
Grade 8 will take the Math and Science CMAS state testing and not the Language Arts (If you would like your student to take the Language Arts assessment as well, please contact the school and we will supply the additional testing)
Grades 9-11 Will be taking SAT tests
Any questions please email Mr. Bollinger at jeff.bollinger@wileyschool.org
