2.27.21 Peyton Wrestling Spectator Guidelines Peyton Wrestling-- Spectators Guidelines Below you will find important information to ensure we have a positive and safe event following CHSAA and El Paso County Health Department guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to an exciting wrestling matchup. Event Location: Peyton Jr/Sr High School. 13885 Bradshaw Rd, Peyton, CO, 80831 Event Date: 2/27/21 Event Time/Schedule: 9:00 am – Random Draw Weight-Ins 10:00 am – County Line vs Peyton 10:45 am – Calhan vs County Line 11:30 am – Calhan vs Peyton *Doors will open at 9:30 for spectators Gate: We will not charge a gate charge to enter. We will be accepting donations. Spectators must be listed on the submitted gate list to enter. Spectator Limits: Under spectator limits established by the El Paso County Health, we are only allowed a small number of spectators. We will allow 30 spectators per team. We will not need to clear spectators out of the gym in between duals. Streaming: Duals will be streamed live through the NFHS network. https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/schools/peyton-high-school-peyton-co Concessions: We are offering limited concessions. Entrance: Spectator entrance is located through the front doors. Follow instructions to enter the gym. The gym exit will be through the doors nearest spectator seating. Restrooms: The locker room areas will serve as public restrooms. COVID Procedures: EVERYONE WILL NEED TO WEAR A MASK WHILE IN THE BUILDING. All spectators, Peyton athletes, officials, and staff will be required to have their temperature checked prior to entering. Any individual who has a temperature above 100.3 will not be permitted to enter. Spectator Seating: Under El Paso County Health guidelines, family groups will be separated 6 feet apart in the bleachers. Visiting fans will use half the bleacher located directly across from the visiting bench. The home fans will sit in the half directly across from the home bench. In order to have spectators, we must keep the athletes and the crowd separated. Spectators, please stay in the bleacher area. We are asking the athletes to stay in the team area. Procedures: Doors will open 30 minutes prior to game time. We will use the pre-approved gate list to admit fans. Only those on the gate list will be allowed entry. We will take temperatures at the front door. At the conclusion of the dual, please exit the building through the cafeteria doors.

2.27.21 Peyton Wrestling Team Guidelines Peyton Wrestling Team Guidelines Arrival: Teams will be allowed to enter the building at 8:40 am. If you are facing a transportation issue and will need to arrive earlier than that, please contact us the day before to explore waiting area possibilities. (719-749-0417) Schedule: 9:15 AM - Random Draw Weigh ins 10:00 AM – County Line vs Peyton 10:45 AM – Calhan vs County Line 11:30 AM – Calhan vs Peyton Entrance: Players and coaches will enter the main entrance and be shown to their bench area. Health Screening: Visiting athletes and coaches will be required to health screen athletes and staff before arriving at the school. Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry. Locker room: Under El Paso County Health restrictions, locker room access is limited to 5 athletes at a time (6ft distanced with face masks on the entire time). Players and coaches should arrive dressed for the game. The locker room area will serve as public restrooms. Weigh in: We will complete the random weight in at 9:10 am, followed by wrestling at 10:00 am. Face coverings: Under CHSSA and El Paso County Health guidelines, all participants including athletes, coaches, officials, staff and others, must wear face coverings at all times while in the school (unless actively wrestling). Seating: In order to have spectators, we need to keep the athletes and spectators separated. Athletes, please stay in the bench area and do not go into the stands. Participants: We are only allowed 25 athletes in the gym at a time. The team not actively wrestling in the dual will be in the mezzanine on our practice mat. They are welcome to watch from their or make use of our practice mat. Water: Athletes, coaches and all people on the sideline will be responsible for bringing their own personal/marked water bottles to use. No sharing of water will be allowed. There is a water filling station in the commons/cafeteria area. Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizing stations will be located next to each bench for use throughout the event. Concessions: We will have limited concessions. Cash only. Please be diligent and take these guidelines seriously so that it gives our students the best chance possible to complete their season. 2.23.21 BB Games vs. Granada Info. Date: Tuesday, Feb. 23rd, 2021 Place: Wiley Gym Opponent: Granada Landyn Strong/Senior Night-There will not be a fee to enter the games. We are asking that people place a donation in the jar in lieu of admission. This money as well as all proceeds from the popcorn sales will go to the Weeks’ family. Thank you! Please Note: Only those on the list for the current game will be allowed into the gym, masks must be worn and fans must leave when their participant is done with their game. Visiting athletes not involved in competition will have access to the "Athletes Section" behind their team's bench. HS Game Schedule: Please leave the gym after your child has finished playing their game. 4:00 PM- ½ JV Boys (6 min stopped clock, 1 min between 1st quarter and 2nd quarter, and teams will switch baskets.) 10 min between games, this includes the warm up time for VG. 4:30 PM- V Girls (8 min stopped clock, 10 min halftime) 15 min between games, this includes the warm up time for VB. Clock won’t start until the gym is cleared after the senior night presentation and cleaned. 6:00 PM- V Boys (8 min stopped clock, 10 min halftime) Special presentation @ halftime ***These times are estimates only. Please watch the games that will be live streamed on our Wiley School District YouTube page to see for sure where we are in the games. Also, please wait to enter the gym. If you are sitting in the parking lot around game time, you will see people leaving the gym giving you an indication that the game you are waiting for is about to start. Granada School District RE-1 Game Protocols at Granada Schools Game: JH Basketball - Wiley v Granada Site: Granada Date: Monday – February 22, 2021 Time: 3:00 Times Games: Game #1 – JH Girls “B” (Two – 6 min. Running Qtrs.) 3:00 Game #2 - JH Girls “A” 3:30 (Approx.) *** Clear gym – clean/disinfect** Game #3 – JH Boys “B” (Two – 6 min. Running Qtrs.) 4:30 (Approx.) Game #4 - JH Boys “A” 5:00 (Approx.) • Each school will be allowed to have four (4) fans per player (not to exceed 75 guests per game). • All concessions will be consumed in the gym. Please keep your mask on to the greatest extent possible. • Parents are asked to leave the gym as soon as your son or daughter is finished playing. If possible, please take your son or daughter with you as you leave to insure that he/she does not have to sit in the locker room any longer than necessary. • Visitor seating is on the south side of the gym. Home seating is on the north side of the gym. • We will ask visiting teams to enter the locker rooms from the east side of the school (back of the gym). Enter through the gate on the North side of the School. Proceed to the back of the Gym. Signs will be on doors for team entrance. • Visiting fans will enter through the front doors of the school, proceed through the auditorium and to the gym. If the previous game is still going on, visiting fans may sit in the auditorium. • Home fans will enter either through the front doors or the north door into the breezeway area. If the previous game is still going on, home fans may sit in the skylight area. • Restrooms will be shared by all spectators. • Fans will be required to be checked off the attendance rosters prior to entering the gym. • Coaches, players, and managers, book keeper will not count towards the 25 limit. • Essential personnel will include per team: coaches(3), players (12), managers (2), Bus Driver (1), and Administration (2). • All Fans, Coaches, Players, and Essential Personnel will be required to wear a mask at ALL TIMES. • Social Distancing will be expected and enforced in the gym and at the concession stand area. • Gym and Locker Rooms will be cleaned and disinfected prior to usage. • Restrooms will be cleaned and disinfected prior to games. • All home games will be available on the NFHS website. 2/18/21 JH BB vs. Cheyenne Wells Info Date: Thursday, Feb. 18th, 2021 Place: Wiley Gym Opponent: Cheyenne Wells Please Note: Only those on the list for the current game will be allowed into the gym, masks must be worn and fans must leave when their participant is done with their game. Visiting athletes not involved in competition will have access to the "Athletes Room" which is located across from their locker room during non-competition time. They will also have access to the "Athlete Section" behind their team's bench. Both areas need to be monitored by the visiting team personnel. JH Games: Please leave the gym after your child has finished playing their game. 2:00PM-Girls B team (6 min running clock, 3 min halftime) 10 min warm up time before B boys game 2:45 PM Boys B team (6 min running clock, 3 min halftime) 15 min warm up time between A and B-start the clock once teams get onto the floor. Cleaning will happen now. 3:30 PM-Girls A team (6 min stopped clock, 5 min halftime) 10 min warm up time between games-start the clock when teams get on the court 4:30 PM-Boys A team (6 min stopped clock, 5 min halftime) Games will be broadcast on the Wiley School District Youtube page. 2/20/21 HS BB @ Cheraw Information Home Basketball Game COVID Precautions The following precautions will be followed for all Cheraw home basketball games during the 2021 season. The precautions follow guidelines from CDPHE, OCHD, as well as the CHSAA COVID-19 Requirements & Mandates document. GENERAL • When Otero County is under the Blue Level on the COVID dial, each active player will be allowed to have 4 spectators (regardless of age) in attendance. If the dial moves, attendance policy will be revisited o Game admission will not be charged. o Spectators must social distance in the stands. o All spectators must wear masks. o After the completion of each game the gym will be completely cleared so the gym can be sanitized. VISITING TEAMS • Visiting teams should submit a list of spectators (4 per player) no later than one day before the game. • Enter through the main entrance on the Southeast side of the building. • A locker room will be provided. • The cafeteria will be utilized as a holding area for visiting players and parents who are awaiting the next game. SANITATION • After the completion of each game the gym will be completely cleared. • Coaching staff will be given disinfectant wipes to wipe down the bench area. • The Athletic Director will wipe down the scoring table, ball, and handrails with disinfectant wipes. • The custodial staff will sweep the floor. • The custodial staff will spray surface disinfectant on the bleachers. • At the completion of a game, the gym will be completely cleared and 30 minutes will be set on the clock. Once the cleaning is complete the next two teams can begin warming up. GAME • Masks must be worn by all players (on the bench and in the game), coaches, and officials. • Social distancing guidelines will be enforced throughout the game’s entirety

Cheraw BB Game info On Saturday, Feb. 20th the JH basketball teams will be playing in Cheraw starting at 1:00PM. The bus will be departing the school at 10:50 am. Please make sure that your child has food for lunch, a mask, and a water bottle. Cheraw will be enforcing masks for players, coaches, managers, bookkeepers, bus drivers, and spectators. High School will also be going to Cheraw on Saturday, Feb. 20th. They will be leaving the school at 12:45. Their games will start at 3:00 PM. HS will be playing JVG, 1/2JVB, VG, and VB. Please make sure that all players have a mask before the bus leaves the school. They will be enforcing masks for players, coaches, managers, bookkeepers, bus drivers, and spectators.

Saturday for Lakin, please remember to get your guest list turned in via the link Mrs. Tixier sent out over SportsYou. The bus will be leaving the school at 11:45 am. There will be a concession stand in Lakin. They are charging to get in and everyone needs to have a mask. The kids will not be required to wear a mask while playing on the court. 2/11/21 HS BB vs Walsh Info Attention: Locker rooms will be provided in Walsh for our Athletes. They are asking that visiting teams and fans enter through the east parking lot. They will clear the gym, and clean between every game. Each player will receive 3 tickets. If you do not have your ticket, you will not be allowed into the gym. After your child is finished competing, you need to exit the gym. Please make sure you have a mask. All athletes need a mask as well. The games are scheduled to start at 3:00 PM (***note the time change). They will be played in the following order: B girls, A girls, A boys, Varsity Boys (HS)

1st through 6th grades to have open gym for basketball tonight at 7:15 pm and tomorrow night at 6:00 pm
