JH & HS BB Info for 2/9/21

Please Note: Only those on the list for the current game will be allowed into the gym, masks must be worn and fans must leave when their participant is done with their game.
Visiting athletes not involved in competition will have access to the "Athletes Room" which is located across from their locker room during non-competition time. They will also have access to the "Athlete Section" behind their team's bench. Both areas need to be monitored by the visiting team personnel.
JH Games: Please leave the gym after your child has finished playing their game.
2:00 PM-Girls A team (6 min stopped clock, 5 min halftime)
10 Min between games
3:10 PM-Boys A team (6 min stopped clock, 5 min halftime)
Clear Gym for disinfecting 20 min on the clock-start clock once teams get on the court.
HS Games: Please leave the gym after your child has finished playing their game.
4:30 PM- JV Girls (6 min stopped clock, 5 min halftime) 15 min between games, this includes the warm up time.
5:45 PM- ½ JV Boys (2 Quarters 6 min stopped clock-played as a 1st half and 2nd half so switch baskets between the two quarters.) 15 min between games, this includes the warm up time.
6:30 PM-Girls Varsity (8 min stopped clock; 10 min halftime) 15 min between games, this includes the warm up time.
7:45 PM- Boys Varsity (8 min stopped clock; 10 min halftime)
***These times are estimates only. Please watch the games that will be live streamed on our Wiley School District YouTube page to see for sure where we are in the games. Also, please wait to enter the gym. If you are sitting in the parking lot around game time, you will see people leaving the gym giving you an indication that the game you are waiting for is about to start.

JH Bus leaves at 11:50 am.
1-1:20 PM Girls B team 1/2 game
20 min-clear and clean the gym. This includes the warm up time for the next game.
1:40-2:40 PM Girls A team
20 min-clear and clean the gym. This includes the warm up time for the next game.
3-3:30 PM Boys B team
20 min-clear and clean the gym. This includes the warm up time for the next game.
3:50-4:50 PM Boys A team
30 min-clear and clean the gym. This includes the warm up time for the next game.
JH students will be bused home after their games. They will not be staying for HS.
HS Bus leaves at 4:10 PM
5:20-6:30 PM Girls Varsity
30 min-clear and clean the gym. This includes the warm up time for the next game.
7:00-8:15 PM Boys Varsity
Remember that these times are approximate. The games will be live streamed on the Eads Eagle Facebook Page. If you have to exit the gym and wait for another game, they will be using the theater to stream and show the game for people.
JH BB Update
Tuesday, Feb. 9th Junior High games have been moved up and will start at 2:00 PM. There will not be any B games played on this date.

Remember these times are approximate. Please have your athlete give you updates. You may only be in the gym while your athlete is competing, masks are required, and they will be clearing the gym between each game. You MUST have a TICKET to enter the gym in Hugo. Your child will be responsible for giving you the tickets.

1/30/2021 Eads Tri Information
Attention all CLR Wrestling Families:
Saturday at the wrestling tri in Eads, there is a limit of two guests per wrestler. You HAVE to get your name on the guest list or you will not be admitted. Please have your wrestler let Coach Adame know who will be attending. Injured wrestlers and managers DO NOT get guests. If they are in the gym, they will be counted towards the 50 spectator limit. All spectators need to be wearing a mask. Thank you!
